Artwork Guidelines

If you require a logo to be printed or embroidered on your clothing then we shall require a copy of the artwork. This can be sent by email or through the post. The artwork should be
Actual size

Full colour
Preferably PDF JPEG or TIF format

We also accept   gif, bmp, ai, eps, ps, png, psd, 

It is difficult to work from poor artwork and additional charges may apply for any editing or correcting work required

PANTONES

Where possible colour pantone numbers should be confirmed. 

EXISTING CLOTHING

If it is required to match existing clothing that is embroidered or printed it is important that we see a sample of it before we manufacture your new order.

EMBROIDERY LIMITATIONS

There may be certain limitations depending on the customisation type you select. In particular, certain designs cannot be embroidered, such as those with colour gradients or very intricate designs. 

EMBROIDERY SIZE

A normal size for a front chest logo would be say 7x7cm , a design across the shoulders - 30cm width

TEXT

Smallest height for embroidered text would normally by 4mm high. Less than that & text can be very difficult to read.

EMBROIDERY POSITION

We can print and embroider designs in a wide range of positions; the positions available depends on the garments you select. Typical positions include left or right chest, full width across the front chest, left or right sleeve, full width across the top of the back and so on. If the positions available aren't quite right for your needs, we can still help you. Just contact our expert team before placing your order for help.
