Hawaiian Shirts - Made to order

We supply Hawaiian style shirts that are made to order, custom printed with fabric that is printed with customer designs.

These shirts are ideal for corporate promotional purposes and offer a great alternative to traditional promotional clothing such as T shirts and polo shirts.

In addition not only are they functional as leisure wear but also are highly attractive & effective in promoting a trade name.

The printed designs can include any colours, designs, commercial logos and text as required.

The print process allows for excellent reproduction of high definition graphics

The fabric we use is 80gsm polyester which gives the shirts a flowing, soft to the touch, shiny finish.

Normal collar with short sleeves

Front left chest pocket if required

Each shirt will have a varying mix of patterning & image placement as the printed panels are placed at random into the shirts when they are made up.

Bespoke printed label in each collar & wash instructions

Wooden style buttons

Each shirt bagged

Artwork

We print directly from PDF files that include all the images and the background colours.

We require a PDF image for the four fabric pieces , back front and the two arms.

Printing can be done from customer supplied artwork or we can supply graphic design services to generate your artwork from logos etc.

A typical cost for generating artwork by us would be £50.00 plus vat

Order timeline

First production sample  - four weeks

Delivery from acceptance of sample ( depending on order volume)  four - six weeks.
