This section shows the approved list of school uniform which can be ordered directly through this site. If you prefer you can order by sending us an email stating your requirements, delivery address etc and we shall confirm your order & payment arrangements by return.

We offer a free pack through the post which includes a colour brochure, measuring form and tape measure - email [email protected].

PAYMENT
Payment can be by credit card or direct transfer  to our bank( Sort 122482  Account 00448101). Please note that no orders can be billed direct to the School.

DELIVERY
We can deliver to anywhere in the UK or overseas. Please see the delivery options on completing your order. Costs of delivery within the UK are generally £8 - £12 depending on the number of garments ordered. Delivery costs to overseas destinations will vary, and typically a consignment say to the Far East or Middle East, would be £35 - £50.  Some countries also charge a customs clearance cost.  All charges will be confirmed on acceptance of the order by us. If in doubt select the default charge and we will review the order & advise.  

Deliveries can also be made directly to Shrewsbury School marked for the attention of your boarding house, please email your housemistress to let them know to expect your parcel. Please note that if you choose this option, there will be no opportunity to try on/exchange garments before the start of term.

LEAD TIMES
For orders to be shipped within the UK allow circa 7 days for delivery.  At peak times of the year (taking into account bank holidays etc), please allow longer, up to 14 days. For deliveries to overseas destinations please allow up to 21 days.  
 
ALTERATIONS
The uniform comes in standard sizes & fittings as shown. In addition we offer an alterations service if required.
We also offer a name taping service if required at an additional cost. of £1.85 per name tape ( including sewing into the garment).  PLEASE NOTE - Once garments have been altered they are excluded from our returns policy unless faulty.

UNIFORM LIST AND REGULATIONS

RETURNS POLICY
If you wish to return any garments to us for exchange or refund garments must be returned to us in new, unworn condition, complete with all swing tags & packaging, within a 14  day period. 

FAULTY GOODS
In the unlikely event that garments are thought to have a manufacturing fault, they should be returned to our offices and they will be inspected by the manufacturer. Subject to a fair wear and use policy,  claims will be considered for a possible replacement.

INTERNATIONAL SIZING

To order – note we use standard UK ladies sizes and to convert to/from other international sizes please refer to the following chart.
